OUR PRODUCTION HOMES

They say “go big or go home.” We’re doing both. We are based in Los Angeles in the East Hollywood/Hollywood & Vine district and are proud to be part of the rebirth of this historic part of the city. In New York City, we are based in Downtown Staten Island. The city’s fifth borough is in the midst of an economic and creative renaissance and is home to artists, families, and over 400,000 New Yorkers.

ABOUT THE ISLAND

Did you know that Staten Island is twice the size of Manhattan? It is home to urban and suburban neighborhoods, incredible food and the most charming and community-minded people in the city. The newly named Downtown Staten Island, just off the famous Staten Island Ferry, is made up of three historic areas: St. George, Thompkinsville, and Stapleton — the Island’s very first residential neighborhood.

SHOOTING ON THE ISLAND

Staten Island sits in the New York City production “thirty-mile zone,” and film and television productions that shoot in the borough are eligible for the New York State Film Production Tax Credit. The Island has both urban and suburban landscapes, the widest variety of residential architecture of any borough, and local businesses and vendors that welcome the business of “the industry.” Meet some of our local Community Partners.

Productions currently shooting on Staten Island include: The Americans, Gotham, Fosse/Verdon, Iron Fist, Ray Donovan, Madame Secretary, The Irishman, Billions, Happy!
